4x frittata recipes

Eggs are an ingredient you always tend to have in the house. They keep fresh for a while, can be used in diverse dishes and are just delicious on their own as well. But, you may be wondering; what is the difference between a quiche and a frittata? While a quiche has a crust and is a custard based recipe where either milk or cream is added to the egg mixture, a frittata is the less fatty and low-carb choice! A frittata has no crust or added milk or cream. The eggs are put in the spotlight and can be topped with anything you like! This flexible and easy to make dish is my favorite dinner or lunch recipe when im hurrying or when im hungry just after a workout. Here are some frittata dishes I love and might give you some inspiration to create your own ūüėȬ†
