The thing that I love most about juices is that their variety is almost endless. You have so many diverse juices and they are incredibly easy to make yourself! You can add anything from fruits and veggies, making juices a delicious and easy way to stay healthy. I have listed 4 completely different healthy juices to boost your energy, immune system, to release stress and for a day detox. Enjoy! 

Energy-boost: Carrot, apple, celery, orange & pear

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 green apples
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 1 orange
  • 2 medium pears

Forget about those store-bought energy drinks! They are packed with sugars and so unhealthy. Make this energy-boosing drink yourself!

Immune system: Strawberry, kiwi & mint

  • 2 mint Sprigs
  • 2 kiwis
