5X breakfast with chocolate

On a scale from 1 to 10, chocolate gets an 11! If  there is something I cannot live without it’s chocolate. I vote for chocolate every day. You can’t have breakfast without chocolate, right? 😉 These may not all be the healthiest recipes, but let’s face it, occasionally indulging in your chocolate cravings is really no shame!

1) CHOCOLATE FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS:

French toast:

  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 2 table spoons chocolate powder
  • 3 big eggs
  • 2 table spoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 table spoons coconut oil
  • 8 thick slices of bread

Chocolate cream:

Topping:

  • (coconut) whipped cream
  • marshmallows
  • roasted coconut

  • 1 table spoon cacao powder
  • 1 table spoon sweetener of choice
  • a pinch of vanilla extract
  • 1 big egg
  • 60 ml almond milk
  • 4-5 big cherries
  • chocolate chips (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)
