Spicy nacho dip with avocado, quark and goat cheese

 The easy ‘how to’ 😉

Mash the avocado first and then add everything else. Mix and serve on nachos, in tacos or burritos, or on salad! This time I used gorgonzola, but I like goat cheese better in it. That’s also a bit lighter and healthier. But both are a must-try!

Side note: when you buy nachos, make sure to check the ingredients. If you want a ‘clean’ meal, you should take the ‘natural’ ones! Those only contain cornflower, (sunflower) oil and salt. That in comparison to the powdered ones: they contain e-numbers (some of which aren’t vegetarian:(!), milk powder and sometimes sugar. You don’t need that if you dip them in awesome-sauce ;)!
