The Burpee Challenge

Fit & Training door laura FG

You, as one one of the regulars on #FITGIRLCODE know that we always want to inspire and motivate you to to the best you can in whatever you choose to do...Even if it means doing something you don't necessarily love. And by that I mean...Burpees. Now don't go running off just yet, girl! We want you to join us in the Burpee Challenge, because if we're gonna do it, WE'RE GONNA DO IT TOGETHER!  <place fist bump here>

Why should you do a 30 day Burpee Challenge?

30 day challenges have multiple benefits. You train yourself to be disciplinary. It's great for your self esteem, how great is that feeling when you can do more burpees then ever before? Also, when you repeat something for 30 days you subconsciously teach yourself to add a certain routine to your lifestyle. When you have done burpees for 30 days, doing them twice a week will be peanuts! Mmmm...Peanutbutter.

This is how we do it

We made a video just for you where we explain how to do a burpee, the  regular version and the tough cookie version. Check it out:

THE 30 DAY BURPEE SCHEDULE

Burpee queens

This challenge is meant to help you strengthen you and to make the burpees a little bit easier. There are so many reasons we should love doing burpees because they're so good for you. With every rep, you’ll work your arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core muscles. Here's why burpees are the bees knees:

  1. You work your entire body
  2. They boost your endurance
  3. You can do them anywhere
  4. They'll get you stronger
  5. They're a great addition to any work out

Remember, this is YOUR challenge so try doing what you can do. Do not overdo it. You can challenge yourself, but try to do it wisely. It's always better to get to your goal, even if it takes you longer than a month. The most important thing is that you get to your goal!

ARE YOU PUMPED TO DO THE BURPEE CHALLENGE WITH US? Don’t forget to tag #FITGIRLCHALLENGE on Instagram and Facebook, we always love to see pictures of you guys.

Good luck Burpee Queens!
