Okay this one looks awkward but feels great! Push your chest to the ground as shown in the picture. This stretch works the best, if you keep your knees and hips in a 90 degrees angle.
If you want more of a stretch, cross one arm under your body, and push your chest downwards. Ahh I love this pose!
I would usually do three rounds, holding each move about one minute. So that’s 9 minutes for the total stretching time! P.S. Don’t ask me about yoga names for the poses… Haha!
