Coconut milk has become a popular choice among vegans, vegetarians and for anyone who is aware of what they eat. With its delicious and fresh taste coconut milk is a great base for smoothies and milkshakes as well as a good dairy alternative for baking. Plus, coconuts are extremely nutritious for your body.
