HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED
for the base:
– 1 cup of almond meal
– 1/2 cup of oatmeal
– 12 medjoul dates, unpitted
– 1.5 tbspn of melted coconut oil
– 3 tbspns of cacao
for the top layer:
– 1.5 cup of cashew nuts, soaked for more than 4 hours)
– 1/4 cup of honey
– 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
– 2.5 cups of raspberries
for optional decoration you can use more raspberries, chocolate, nuts, anything you like really!
