Core Model Workout

Do you want a strong core and excel in your workouts? Stupid question, of course you do! Your core is EVER SO IMPORTANT, but what exactly is it? 

Your core is the powerhouse of your body, the particular place that contracts with every movement you make. Place a hand in between your midriff (chest & abs ), place your other hand 25 cm’s above your knees. Everything in between and around that place is your ‘’CORE’’.
