The first product we tried was the MyVitamins Energy Gel! Basically it’s a gel that you add to your water to help you maintain your endurance during prolonged exercise and enhance the absorption of water during your workout. The MyVitamins Energy Gels provide a combination of Glucose and Fructose in a carbohydrate based energy gel. This gel provides a blend of sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. They are really helpful to keep your energy up so you can give it all during your workout! They offer this gel in four different flavours: cherry, cream soda, lemon & lime and rhubarb.

We were surprised about this product since we never had an energy gel to drink before. At first we were a bit hesitant to try it, but when we saw the texture it made us think of syrup and it was easy to mix with water. We tried the cream soda flavour and we agreed that it tasted really good! Indeed, it’s a really nice alternative way to spice up your daily intake of water with healthy supplements that will help your sports performance.
The second product we tried was the Chocolate Protein Porridge! You can mix this protein porridge with water or milk, then you heat it up one minute in the microwave and it’s done!
This porridge has high protein content (13 g) per serving, which will help you with the growth and maintenance of lean mass. You should consume this product whenever you wish to have a high intake in protein. Good after workouts and breakfast or when you have a sugar craving during the day. The chocolate flavour porridge taste is really great. I felt I was eating something I would have in a cheat day but it is indeed a healthier choice plus it has high protein content.
