Vegan smoothie bowl

Lately I have been loving smoothie bowls. Not only are they incredibly healthy and so easy to make, they truly are a sight for sore eyes! Lucky for me the smoothie bowl hype has finally reached the Netherlands as I see the most beautiful creations on Instagram from my favorite `dutch foodies! 

These bowls are nothing more but your good ol’ fashioned smoothie poured into a lovely bowl and topped with some healthy ingredients which makes it a perfect quick breakfast but looks like a special Sunday brunch. So today I will be sharing my fav vegan smoothie bowl with raspberries and banana! Delicious, filling, super easy and extremely healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of plantbased milk
  • 75 grams of raspberries
  • 75 grams of strawberries
  • 2 (frozen) bananas
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut shreds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients in your blender until you are left with a smoothie. Pour into different bowls and garnish with your favorite superfoods and fruit. I hope you enjoy your smoothie and let me know what you think of it.
